Corrections and updates
If a published article contains an error, unclear attribution or outdated context, we should correct it promptly and transparently.
How corrections work
Corrections can include fixing factual errors, clarifying a claim, adding missing source context, updating a timeline or changing wording that was too broad. Significant updates should be reflected in the article's updated date.
